Ride DCTA to Denton’s Day of the Dead Festival!
Denton’s Day of the Dead Festival is October 24 to 26.
Celebrate a whole weekend of community and celebration by taking DCTA to the festivities!
We are extending A-train service on Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25, from the Downtown Denton Transit Center (DDTC) to MedPark until midnight, so you can enjoy the fun without parking or traffic stress.
The A-train extended service schedule for both days is as follows:
- 11:00 p.m. Departs DDTC to MedPark
- 12:00 a.m. (Midnight) Departs DDTC to MedPark
NOTICE: This is one of DCTA’s “Free Fare Zones”. Attendees of the festival do not need a valid fare, unless they are riding the A-train from a southern station past MedPark (i.e. Highland Village/Lewisville Lake, Old Town, Hebron, Trinity Mills, or transferring from DART).
