At DCTA, we understand that every non-profit group is different and has specific needs, so our Non-Profit Pass Program provides flexibility for charitable organizations to serve the needs of the Denton County community.
What's Included:
- The Non-Profit Pass Program offers discounts for DCTA Local Day & Local Monthly Passes ONLY. Any additional passes, that is not a DCTA Local Day or Local Monthly Pass, shall be purchased at the regular cost.
- Non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible for a 50% discount on all passes. The 50% discount does not apply to already discounted passes.
- Covered DCTA services include the A-Train, DCTA Connect Bus, and GoZone On-Demand (within Denton County eligible zones).
Eligibility:
IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organizations serving Denton County communities.
How It Works:
- Apply – Complete the online application and upload your EIN letter and 501(c)(3) Certification.
- Approve – We’ll review and confirm eligibility (typically 2-3 business days).
- Order – Place your pass order via the online order form.
- Fulfillment – orders will be fulfilled within 2 – 3 business days; large orders may require extra time due to ticket stock availability.
- Payment & Retrieval – Orders can be paid by check or credit card at our Downtown Denton Transit Center (DDTC), located at 604 E. Hickory St. Denton, TX 76205.
- Distribute – Share passes with the clients you serve.
Program Guidelines:
- Passes may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value.
- Misuse may result in removal from the program.
- Annual re-verification may be required.
