Have a question, suggestion, complaint or compliment? Lose something? Let us know by utilizing our GORequest mobile application available on iPhone and Android. We encourage passengers to utilize GORequest to help us better improve the passenger experience.

Smart phone users simply open the GoRequest application, select an issue and tap “submit”. The GORequest app also offers the functionality for users to include a photo and identify the exact location of the submission.
Users can also submit requests via a desktop computer. Once submitted, the requests are sent directly to the agency staff member responsible for addressing the issue.

Requests for modifications can be made verbally or in writing.
Complaint Procedure: Individuals who believe they have been subjected to discrimination under the ADA may submit a complaint to DCTA. Complaints should include:

- A detailed description of the alleged discrimination, including dates and locations.
- Any supporting documentation.
