DCTA offers curb to curb ADA paratransit service in Denton and Lewisville and demand-response (Non-ADA) service in Lewisville, Highland Village, Denton, and Corinth for the disabled and elderly (65 years and older) patrons.

Access passengers can schedule trips to begin and end anywhere in the following cities:

ADA Paratransit service is provided within three-quarters of a mile on either side of the Connect local fixed routes in Lewisville and Denton. All other trips within the service area are classified as Non-ADA. Non-ADA demand response trips are provided on a first-come first-served basis and are subject to capacity constraints. |

Access service hours are intended to mirror the Connect service hours. Access service hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding major holidays). |

Access trips may be scheduled by calling (940) 243-0077. Reservations may be made from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Reservations should be made at least one day in advance and are accepted up to seven days in advance. Please note on weekends and holidays an answering machine will take trip requests. |
